Qualix has built inside that gap twice, once as a role based ERP sold as a product, and once as an internal ops tool built for a single firm's day to day. Both projects came down to the same thing: get the field and the office looking at the same data, in real time, without adding another tool people have to fight with.

Q: Do you build for the office side, the field side, or both?

Both. Procure Builder and TWI each cover multiple roles, from office staff and admins down to field foremen, so the system reflects how the whole project actually runs, not just one department's view of it.

Q: Can your systems work offline on job sites with poor connectivity?

We design with that constraint in mind. Field data collection needs to hold up without a constant connection, then sync back once the crew is online again.

Q: Do you build custom ERPs or work within existing systems?

Both, depending on the client. Procure Builder was built as a standalone role based ERP. TWI was built as an internal tool layered around a specific firm's existing processes.

Q: How do you handle certified payroll and cost code accuracy?

Labor, equipment, and materials get tied to project specific cost codes from the start, so payroll and job costing stay accurate as work gets logged rather than reconciled after the fact.

Q: Do you handle OSHA compliance?

We're not an OSHA compliance authority and don't certify anyone's job site. What we build is the system that tracks OSHA inspection documentation, safety records, and handover authorizations, so that data stays organized and audit ready instead of scattered across paper files.

Q: Do you hold SOC2 certification as a company?

Not yet at the company level. On the projects listed here, SOC2 controls were implemented and achieved at the project level.
